Very nice place to stay.
Liked: I liked the breakfast and the location of the hotel. The room was very nice and large for me, which made it very comfortable.
Disliked: The bed was very high for me, it should be lower. Plastic bags for the trash should be provided every day as when they are changed, I was not given more and I have to use my own plastic bags.

Fantastic trip for my 50th...
Liked: Nice and clean and very convenient location
Disliked: There was no shampoo in the shower but we brought a small bottle that we all shared.

Clean and cozy! Would stay...
Liked: Wonderful stay. Clean and cozy. Perfect for our needs. Walking distance to Bourbon Street!

Hotel and staff were wonderful....
Liked: Breakfast was great. Parking was a nightmare.
Disliked: No on site parking. Pay additional for parking that was extremely hard to access.

Liked: ⭐ 1 out of 5 starsDisappointed and Frustrated – Would Not RecommendI was extremely disappointed with my experience at this Hampton Inn. From the moment I walked in, I knew it wasn’t going to be a pleasant stay. The lobby floors were visibly dirty, with trash scattered on the floor, and it gave an immediate impression of poor upkeep and neglect.To make matters worse, the elevator was out of order, which was a major inconvenience, especially for guests with luggage or mobility issues. I tried to give the staff the benefit of the doubt, but the customer service was just as bad – unhelpful, dismissive, and unapologetic about the conditions.After a brief walk-through of the property, I made the decision not to stay and never even checked in. Despite that, I was still charged for the room, which is completely unacceptable given the circumstances.Save yourself the trouble – there are plenty of other clean, well-managed hotels with better service in the area. This is not the level of quality you’d expect from a Hilton property.
