Liked: The staff was the best-- so helpful and so friendly. Richard (I saw him in the mornings during breakfast) is the sweetest and nicest. He made me start the day with a smile. The room was also clean, comfy, and quiet. I also appreciated the free coffee all day.
Disliked: My bed was squeaky!
