Very nice stay professional help

Liked: The breakfast is very good

My stay was not very...

Liked: Staff was very nice. Food was great.
Disliked: The hotel was under construction, which resulted in some noise. My room had 2 queen beds. One bed's sheets were extremely itchy, so I removed the quilt and found it had a small red stain that appeared to be blood. To the hotel staffs' credit, it was in a pretty obscure spot. I can see why it was missed. I switched to the other bed, which was hard as a rock. I'm not one to complain, so I didn't mention it to the staff. I'm sure they'd have fixed the situation. The rest of the room was fine, but a very noisy A/C system.

Great location next to Ball...

Liked: The room was spacious, clean, and fresh. The staff was amiable and helpful. We were offered a bottle of water upon check-in and free microwave popcorn for our rooms. Breakfast options included a nice variety of foods with plenty of seating areas.
Disliked: Not a fan of firm beds.

good but not worth $200...

Liked: newly renovated lobby, looks great.
Disliked: breakfast was not the best (bananas and apples rotten, yogurts were out). bathroom needs refresh.

Great place to stay in...

Liked: The hotel was clean, quiet and close to everything we needed. The staff was friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here again!

Disliked: Full price when the whole hotel basically was under construction.

Some good,the rooms, some not...

Liked: Room was nice and clean. Breakfast is good. Plenty of choices and also hot food. Good selection and variety of foods for everyone.
Disliked: Hotel is being remodeled and is messy on the first floor. The pool and fitness area is closed. Breakfast was in the business center.
