From front desk to valet parking, wait staff were excellent; will stay there in future visits.

Liked: Everything.
Disliked: Nothing.

Convenient location with many bars and restaurants close by. Three blocks from the River Walk and baseball field. MPAC is across the street. Clean room and a comfrotable bed.

Liked: Friendly staff; clean.
Disliked: Limited parking.

Disliked: Limited space for unloading luggage.

The convenience mad it decent.

Liked: It was a great location for what I was doing. The wedding venue was literally a couple of doors down which was really nice so I didn’t have to move my car.
Disliked: The First Lady I encountered at the front desk wasn’t pleasant at all when I first came in. She was a tad better the second time but not so much. The room definitely hasn’t been kept up as far as painting and such. You can tell it’s very old. But for one night it was decent.

Liked: The room the staff where nice the breakfast was good.
Disliked: The housekeeper didn't do room service and when I told them to they said they where going to do it but never did the room service is horrible at this location wouldn't recommend no one to stay there migt aswell get an airbnb for cheaper if I have to make my bed everyday and empty trash I was really upset about this. My trash where full everyday and my bed weren't made SMH and when I told the front desk staff they said hotels don't do room service everyday anymore so I said what's the point at staying there if I don't get room service? It makes no sense

Absolutely love my stay and...

Liked: They was able to give me an early check in due to I had an event on that day before 3pm. Allow me to leave my luggage in a safe place while I wait for my room. I was able to walk around. Good looking out.
Disliked: Just need more Carts only have Two

Didn't do what they said...

Disliked: I called on Friday and told the young lady I would not be checking on Friday night but we would be there early on Sat. To not cancel my reservation because we were coming. She said ok I'll check you in. She even got my cc for incidentals ... which they charged me $36 and didnt even stay there! I got email Sat that it was canceled. I called back and tried to speak to a manager 3-4 times and kept being told she's wasnt in yet. I wasn't driving several hours from home to not have a room or have to pay for another one so we drove to our event early on Sun am. I'm out $360+

Close to attractions

Liked: Right down town. Huge room. Comfortable beds. Yummy breakfast.
Disliked: Sometimes not friendly.

A troubled facility.

Liked: Breakfast was fair.
Disliked: Beds and couch were miserable! Neither the shower nor the faucets poured colder or cool water; they were uniformly scalding hot and could not be modified — an incredible and unfixed big problem.
