Liked: I was horribly disappointed. Considering the amount of money I spent for one night, I wasn't expecting the experience I received. The young lady that tended the desk was never on post and visibly showed she didn't want to be at work.
Disliked: After reading reviews I expected better. Personnel was neither friendly or accommodating. The concierge carts are barely usable and the room is way overdue for an upgrade. Our room was half clean and the floors had nail clippings all over them.

Disliked: The bed was hard and have us sore and in pain. It need to be updated some, most Hampton inn I stay at be really nice and comfortable

Decent hotel, convenient location, poor...

Liked: The room was good sized for the three of us. The beds were comfortable and the room temperature was good. Breakfast was good and there were many options to choose from. The hotel overall was clean.
Disliked: The toilet in our room (313) was clogged after just one use and the water overflowed onto the floor. We used all of the towels to soak up the water immediately and called the front desk. The clerk informed us that nobody from maintenance was available, and the only option she had to offer was to bring up a plunger. When she brought up the plunger, I asked for the wet towels to be picked up along with some clean towels to replace the ones we used. We unclogged the toilet and went out to grab some dinner. When we came back, the wet towels were still in our room and no fresh towels were brought. The toilet was still clogged and was not working properly. We had to use the lobby bathrooms instead of the one in our room. The next morning, I went to the desk and again asked for the wet towels to be removed so we could shower, and for clean towels to be brought up, again. She went and fetched me three towels at this time, explaining that this was all she had. No apologies were ever offered throughout this stay. We were never offered to move to a different room, and when checking out, the clerk again never apologized for the inconvenience of not having a working toilet. The wet towels were still in the bathroom when we left. I will not stay at this hotel again.

Liked: The cleanliness Great location staff was friendly. The breakfast was awesome in selection and quite tasty!!The breakfast worker was very nice also!!I will definitely return again and recommend this location!

It was a let down

Liked: The size of the room and set up of the room. Staff was friendly
Disliked: The bed was hard as a rock and pillows flattened to nothing almost immediately, we've stayed in many hotels and that was by far the most uncomfortable bed. There was a door that could lead to the next guest room in our room that felt very lack of privacy. We purchased sodas from the cooler in the pantry and everything in the cooler was hot. Breakfast was very lacking. The eggs weren't even cooked all the way with a good bit of water soaking them in the bottom of the pan. Then to top it off, the lady checking us out almost tried to charge us a second time for our room. When we booked, we chose the pay now, non refundable option that automatically paid in full for our room prior to check in date. When we were checking out she tried to tell us it declined! We checked our records, emails AND even bank statements and sure enough it was already paid for! After all of this, we probably won't be coming back to this location.
