Disliked: For a Hampton I expect fresher carpet in the rooms and furniture that isn’t water damaged.

Liked: The staff was nice. The hotel was very clean. The breakfast was great!
Disliked: It was little dated. The rooms are nice but could use an upgrade.

Liked: Staff was friendly and helpful, and the room and entire hotel were clean.
Disliked: I was not properly checked in. We almost paid more money due to this error. If you make a .mistake, no problem, it can be fixed if communicated to the customer properly. No, communication cause both parties to be frustrated, I am glad the morning clerk was able to correct the problem. This is the reason for the 6.
