Very nice hotel. The cost ended up being more than anticipated, but overall, a good trip.

Liked: Good location; friendly staff and nice rooms.
Disliked: Nothing.

Light coming in from door not good. For the price I thought it would be better.

Disliked: Bed and pillows too soft.

Liked: Staff was extremely kind and helpful, location was convenient, breakfast was above average for hotel breakfasts
Disliked: Room was in need of a refurbishment, mini fridge was too big for the cabinet it was in and struggled to close, no microwave, bath faucet was falling out of the wall, toilet was small and short, but the worst part was no temperature regulation for the room which consistently got way too hot even on the lowest temperature setting in the Spring months.

Disliked: No pool towels, hot tub was lukewarm.Elevators sound horrible. Breakfast was meh.Room was tiny.

Liked: Michael the hotel manager was very kind and extremely helpful and knowledgeable. A great hotel with a great staff. 5 out of 5 would definitely recommend
