Very nice hotel. The cost ended up being more than anticipated, but overall, a good trip.
Liked: Good location; friendly staff and nice rooms.
Disliked: Nothing.

It was ok for 1...
Disliked: Got to the room and it was hot and musty. The air wasn't turned on and it was muggy outside. No microwave in the room but there was a refrigerator. I thought that was weird.

Large rooms comfy beds.
Liked: We really liked our stay there. The location was good for us to walk to Summerfest. We really like the large rooms and the beds were very comfortable. The only complaint was there were stains on the carpet in the hallway and a few in our room. We also enjoyed the free breakfast. We would definitely stay there again.

Full instead of queen bed

Beware if you have a...
Liked: Location was close to where I was visiting for an event, relatively clean area of the city, located near a river and easy to navigate to.
Disliked: Older blond haired woman by the name of Margaret harassed me for having my service animal at the self serve breakfast area claiming I couldn’t be where food was served because of my service animal. She also was adamant that I was not allowed to be seated in the dining area with the other guests if I kept my service animal with me. I repeatedly tried to explain to her about ADA laws and federal laws that specifically allow us to be where the general public is allowed. She kept stating that it was hotel policy and refused to allow me to get food until I told her to get the food for me then. All of this happened in front of the other guests trying to enjoy their breakfast. I even had an another guest try explaining it to her but she refused to listen to him either. I have called the main Hilton Customer service number and filed a complaint against her behavior as it goes against federal laws. The customer service representatives were very helpful in taking the report of what happened. Hopefully she is held accountable so that if anyone else who is staying with a true service animal doesn’t have to go through this experience. I saw that there were security cameras in place, hopefully they can see her behavior in the footage.

Liked: Great location. The breakfast was large. Sausage was ok, eggs ok, the potatoes were not cooked all the way through, and none of it was hot. I would probably stick with cold items next time. Coffee good. Juice good.
