Disliked: Having to swipe key cards for everything and them not working all the time; shower head too high to adjust if you are a short person.

Disliked: Checking in kind of a nightmare. Might just be the timing. Getting to parking initially was a challenge.

Disliked: Well I thought that I was getting a room with a balcony and when arrived I found out I wasn’t and there was only one elevator working and it was crowded and had a long wait for it.

Liked: It was located near Beale Street and other attractions.
Disliked: Staff at front desk was not very helpful or friendly. Other hotel staff was friendly unfortunately the hotel was a disappointment. Front desk was not welcoming. Did not listen well at check in when I had questions and did not explain the bill at all while adding additional charges they assured me would be refunded but I had to ask about. We had to leave early and were simply told that we wouldn’t be checked out until the next day and would owe the whole amount despite not staying an additional night. No explanation of how to obtain a refund. Hotel is in disrepair in many ways. Lobby appears nice but rooms are on the gross side and poorly maintained. Doors had water damage and broken in places. Chair in room was filthy. You could see the dirt on it. Can’t ever have been cleaned. Hotel elevator is frightening and rickety- but if you want to use the stairs, you have to ask to cut through the staff offices and laundry. No way for guests to easily use stairs. Definitely a place to not return.
