Liked: Time we walked in we all said we liked it. I asked a lot of questions of your staff and got the right answers! The room was so neat and clean, we made sure it stayed that way. We took our own trash out, folded and stacked the dirty towels in the bathroom floor, asked for extra trash bags for the 2 receptacles so we could keep the cans clean. All of this because we appreciated the quality. And we were allowed to purchase an extra day to meet our vacation experiences.
Disliked: Nothing I can think of now.

Nice but frustrating afterwards

Liked: Property was clean and comfortable.
Disliked: The staff seemed untrained & charged us twice for our stay. Once through Booking.com & then Hampton Inn also charged us by insisting they had to swipe our card. Now I’m unable to get a refund.

Perfect for one night

Liked: The suite was nice size - felt like our own mini apartment.
Disliked: The bed was pretty hard.

Extremely disappointing.

Liked: Convenient location.
Disliked: There was a problem with unattended children in the room above us. The running, jumping, & stomping of feet started when we checked in at 4 pm, was still going when we returned to our room at after our concert at 10 pm. The attendant told us that he would not be able to do anything about the problem. We tried playing music, but nothing could drown out the constant pounding sound. We got dressed & left at 11:15 pm, and drove home. As we were leaving there was a woman sitting on the floor at the end of the hall talking on her cell phone & smoking a cigarette.

Disliked: The pool didn’t work, my daughter was very upset.
