Liked: Had a bad experience check in
Disliked: Pool was not opened, desk clerk led us to believe that it would be open that day.

We’ll never stay there again.

Liked: I think the location was decent.
Disliked: Breakfast was from 6 AM to 10 AM yet when we arrived at 8:30 all the fruit was gone milk was gone. Yogurt was gone and the attendant said “you’ve gotta get up earlier next time“. The room had a broken soap dispenser a broken shower door, the sink would not drain and the HVAC unit was so loud we could hardly sleep during the night. Never had an experience like this with a Hampton or Hilton property… Ever! The male food attendant working at the breakfast area had jeans with holes on them and a shirt that looks like it had never been washed and appears to not have had a shower for weeks. There was also no daily cleaning service, and they gave you only one towel per person… not sure what has happened to the level of quality with the company, but it has definitely gone south.

Great location for Fort Sill...

Liked: My son graduated from Fort Sill and this was a great location to be able to visit with him. We were greeted every time we walked in. The breakfast had a lot of variety.

Disliked: There was no water because of a waterline that broke
