Liked: It’s good location
Disliked: Room we stayed has the issue with bathroom , water is clogged and it’s overflown . Someone came and fixed it and it’s still had same issue in the morning. We informed the staff but no one came to address it. All of us have to use the restroom downstairs

Liked: Very good staff, cleanliness, comfort and breakfast were very good. Staff were proactive, especially the guy (Adrien?). TV was very good, with different streaming options. We also got customized welcome note on TV upon arrival, which was very nice. Good value for the money you pay here.
Disliked: Nothing negative

Convenient, great staff but drab...

Liked: Staff were great...breakfast was good and free parking was welcome.
Disliked: Noisy guests arriving back at 03.00 after we were trying to sleep after transatlantic flight. Also why are rooms so brown and beige and badly lit?

Liked: Nice large suite and fantastic breakfast - including some vegan options. Place for dogs to do their thing....

Great location

Liked: Location and staff are excellent. Brother and his family are 6-7 mi away from this hotel. So close to Allegiant stadium (for SuperBowl finals).
Disliked: Smell of old cigarettes upon opening the door need to be addressed. The heavy footsteps upstairs, slamming of a door, water pressure from shower also need to be addressed.
