Liked: We stayed here several times as my son goes to New Mexico State. It was nice enough to come back to you until this time
Disliked: The top two floors were closed in my room was not ready because they sent the cleaning staff home early. They put us on the fourth floor we were all by ourselves which was fine and the room was apparently upgraded. The tub however looks like either sewage backed up into it and drain slowly or dirty water was left to drain slow I have pictures. There was no breakfast no lemonade and no cookies but I still got charged $98 for the visit. The lady at the front desk should?ve offered a discount for the tub that all she said was oh that?s not right. It would?ve been nice if we were told that our room wasn?t going to be ready and that we were going to get a warm bottle of water a shitty sour orange a granola bar and a muffin for breakfast. At the time we got there the lady at the front desk I don?t know if she was a manager or not since we didn?t have a room that was ready said that she can call the other hotel off of I 25. That was very unprofessional and who?s ever reading this should forward this to a district manager so I can get some money back. The picture enclosed is the tub after my son took a shower in it but the whole bottom was coded with whatever that was

Loved it!

Liked: It was very comfortable and clean. The shower felt amazing and the bed was so comfortable. After a very long drive it was exactly what I needed! It was so close to Walmart that we could walk which was amazing because I didn't want to get back in the vehicle.
Disliked: The pool was closed due to the coronavirus, not the facilities fault but still made us so sad.

Liked: Our breakfast was delicious.
Disliked: The room was dark and dusty. This hotel is quite older than we thought. It is time to change dirty carpet. We had to change our room because the AC unit didn't work properly.
