Disappointed in management

Liked: Breakfast was good.
Disliked: Management did not hand my complaint of room next to mine smoking and having a party. No offer of compensation for my bill, just a I am sorry. I paid for a non smoking room but the room next to me thought it would be great to some weed and stink up the whole floor and my room.

Liked: Staff was very friendly & the room was clean.
Disliked: Both the refrigerator and the heating system were so loud! I ended up turning off the air but the refrigerator droned on and off all night making it difficult to sleep

Will not use this hotel...

Liked: Chairs by fireplace
Disliked: Fix the outrageously noisy/loud heating system in room 210. Horrific night of being awakened over and over. Please put a comfy armchair in the empty corner next to the floor lamp serving no purpose (the sofa is VERY uncomfortable for sitting to read or for sitting any length of time.) And offer a better breakfast, such as the continental breakfasts in Europe which are always delicious, FRESH, tasty.
