Beautiful clean room, as was the entire hotel; extremely courteous staff and always eager to help with even the smallest of requests. Fantastic breakfast also I might add. All in all our stay was 5 stars all the way.

Liked: The room was very clean as was the entire facility. Staff was so courteous and always ready to help with even the smallest of requests.
Disliked: I didn't like that their wasn't maid service everyday but only upon request.

Excellent one night stay in Knoxville, TN.

Liked: The location is great, easily accessible from I-40, a short drive to downtown. The breakfast has a good selection of items, and the coffee (always important) was strong and hot.
Disliked: I can think of nothing I did not like.
