Beautiful, new and clean hotel...
Liked: I loved the spaciousness and newness of the room. Location is great if you want to be close to the airport, as it is a stone throw away. The area is being developed quickly with franchises and retailers popping, which will make it convenient for those looking for eating options
Disliked: The hotel breakfast is pretty flat but at least there is that option

Liked: Clean room, friendly staff, and excellent proximity to the airport
Disliked: The bedding is noisy. We had 2 queen beds and a pullout couch and every time someone moved you could hear it.

Perfect hotel for families
Liked: Great service, our family really appreciated the great breakfast in the morning, it made our early tournament mornings a lot easier.
Disliked: Our room was near the elevator and it was very noisy late at night with groups of people meeting there.

Liked: Vibe was good - modern, new, comfortable overall
Disliked: ID verification was fastidiousBeing charged already before my arrival, and so I couldn't use the credit card of my choiceRoom lighting - uncomfortably dimBed and safety box - too high to be convenient for usersSwimming pool - too many kids jumping in the water, so adults had no room to swimParking - the surcharge of $10 was mean practice as the room rate was already very very high considering the remote location

Disappointing for the expensive cost...
Liked: The breakfast was good. Disappointed that the coffee (dark) ran out twice. It seemed the staff were not checking it frequently enough.
Disliked: The rooms on the backside are not for light sleepers. The road noise was horrendous, very loud. The building materials/envelope must be very cheap. IF I was ever to stay again, I would only accept a room on the front of the hotel. In fact the hallways were noisy as well, leads me to believe it was a very cheap build. Thank goodness thw front desk had ear plugs
