Can't wait to come back!
Liked: The first impression. The desk attendants were always happy I was there. They immediately acknowledged me and helped me out with forgotten toiletries. This hotel is a great value for all one gets and the location.
Disliked: Wall paper in rooms looks a little dated. Competitor hotel offers in room exercise videos. I love doing yoga in the morning. Was hoping they would have had this feature.

Liked: The location is good. The public spaces are good. The staff was incredible. A man from the maintenance team tried his darndest to fix a problem we had (see below) and was unable, but was very nice and very communicative.
Disliked: Our room (and apparently many others) have a plumbing issue that causes the bathroom sink pipe to make loud noises, unpleasant noises - not just when the sink in the room is used, but when water is used in nearby rooms. It was very difficult to sleep.

A clean, comfortable and accommodating...
Liked: I really like staying here when visiting my sons in Kansas City. It's a great location, not fussy, very clean and comfortable with a decent breakfast.

The hotel was great and...
Liked: The breakfast was great.
Disliked: I tried to change my room from a mini king suite to a 2 queen bed through an online booking company and they told me I would save over $70 by switching to that room but it never happened. So I paid for the king size suite thinking I was getting a two queen bed room. Not a big deal but for an old fart like me and having a piece of steel in my hip from Viet Nam that will never go away and living on SS that I assume is nothing to care about at all and I'm OK with That. Just seems a little weird is all.
