Very nice - but low...

Liked: The location is great - the hotel is very nice and clean. I loved the amenities - love that they have hot coffee/tea, etc., all day and night for the guests.
Disliked: The shower head was very low water pressure, making the shower uncomfortable. You can't have a warm shower - you can't rinse your hair properly when there is no water pressure, and the soap doesn't even rinse down the drain so the shower floor is always slippery.Also, the parking fee was too high IMO - they just find ways to add fees - why charge for parking, when you drive right into the parking lot?

Liked: The front office staff was lovely. The place was the perfect location for me. The room was comfortable.
Disliked: An older white lady at the breakfast was consistently rude to me and all the other guests. They definitely need to replace her. I may not come back just for that one reason. I stayed here for more than 3 weeks in a row. The breakfast was also not up to the mark. They run out of food on most days. It definitely wasn’t expected.

Liked: The location is good and parking is usually easy except they charge per night. The free breakfast is convenient and I like that they serve a little longer on weekends.
Disliked: The rooms used to be clean but lately dirty. My bare feet get black from the filth and there’s a lot of dust and hairs from previous guests. Also there were food crumbs and pieces as well as fingernail clippings on the carpet.

Health conscious breakfast options

Liked: This hotel is clean, all the staff are friendly and helpful for any needs. Airport shuttle is helpful. I think it would be nice if the hotel webpage includes the shuttle schedule and information regarding where to meet　etc. but my favorite part is the breakfast. They serve rice and miso soup every day. Also almond milk is helpful since I am gluten and lactose intolerant. For rice it would be perfect if there is furikake but I can't ask so many things. Rice made my life easier. Thank you so much for Marisol, Caroline and Stanley for taking care of breakfast area. They observe and fill the food quickly. It very pleasant stay.

Liked: Nice facility and convenient location
Disliked: Sent message to facilitate informing them I will arrive after midnight; they don’t read messages, said I should have called and initially said my reservation wasn’t valid. After rude comments and insults they honored the reservation but the next day I noted they charged me twice for the room. Charges were eventually corrected after asking to speak with chief manager. Incredibly bad experience after a series of wonderful Hilton experiences elsewhere. I am a seasoned traveler and used to be diamond member and now golden member. Do not recommend this location due to toxic and rude people at front desk.
