Liked: The staff was horrible and rude
Disliked: The staff was rude and did not know what and how to check me in. They charged me twice and claimed I was refunded but I wasn’t. The manager hung up on me. I gave them my confirmation number for the payment and she don’t me it doesn’t matter.

Christmas stay

Liked: Clean, comfortable, cordial staff and good variety for their breakfast. Being Pet Friendly is also a big plus!
Disliked: Cannot think of anything.

The overall stay was excellent.

Liked: Everything was close to where I needed to go. Staff was great. Also, the price to stay was great!
Disliked: Breakfast could have had real sausage patties or links, not smoked sausage. Also, the omelets were cooked too long. For me, I would have liked scrambled eggs instead the Westen omelets. Other than that, it was good.

Friendly Staff ants infested Rooms

Liked: I liked that staff was trying to be helpful. By no means my review relates to staff. They tried their best to accommodate and rectify any issues and concerns we had. Friendly, concerned, and helpful. I do appreciate the effort.
Disliked: The concerns were two of the rooms we received were and infested. First room smelled horrible like the room hadn't been cleaned hair on the beds and ants scattered around the rooms. The second room we woke up to ants all on the bed my children slept in and on our luggage and bags. The third room was much better but we still was anxious checking and rechecking throughout the nights that the ants weren't crawling on our things or in our beds.
