Facility was fine for what...

Liked: Staff were responsive. Room was fine. Charge was adjusted to reflect issues with stay.
Disliked: In-room phone randomly came on speaker dial tone and would not turn off, had to unplug. Around 2am the room's smoke detector started alarming and woke everyone up, including the kids. We had to call and get someone to come up, switch out the battery, etc. It was not pleasant, although they were responsive, thank goodness.

Liked: Breakfast was the best part of my stay. Everything was clean and well organized. The food was hot and the food attendees was extremely friendly.
Disliked: The cleanliness my room was not as clean as I have had in the past. The noise from the other rooms even when I complained about it.

Liked: The staff were very nice & friendly. We arrived early due to the weather and they allowed us to check in at 11 am. The lobby and hallways smelled amazing. The rooms were very clean & spacious.
Disliked: There wasn’t anything we didn’t like. Will definitely be back.
