This hotel was convenient for...
Liked: The location was near the venue for the music festival we attended.
Disliked: The breakfast was merely some snacks and water in a to go bag. This was disappointing. We chose Hampton Inn because there is usually a decent breakfast. Our room adjoined another room and the person next to us was very loud. She was on her phone late at night and early in the morning talking so loudly that we could hear every word in our room. It was disruptive to our sleep.

Disliked: The premises were under construction and the breakfast was rubbish, which was a disappointment for me.There was no info that premises will be under construction and there will be get and go breakfast.I would be booked staying without breakfast

Unpleasant.
Liked: Great where we wanted to go.
Disliked: This “hotel” is being renovated. There is construction material on the ground level, including the office area where the check-in/office area is partitioned-off by plastic. The elevator is non-operational…the sign says it needs required upgrading (code???). The so called “breakfast” which we normally associated with the Hampton Inns consisted of bottled water and a muffin in a “to-go” plastic bag. There was coffee. The hotel should not be operational until the renovations are complete. It would seem the work would go a lot faster and smoother without having to work around unhappy guests not told of the current situation when booking. Was revenue the reason. Maybe for a smaller chain this would be OK. But the Hampton Inn under the Hilton umbrella?We have no complaints with your staff considering the situation they were working under.Again, thus was an unpleasant experience for all of us. Liked: Location. Clean. The bed was super comparable!! Staff was nice and friendly.
Disliked: Being remodeled. Elevator wasn’t working which made it difficult for my mom who has mobility issues. Breakfast was sack lunch. Our window faced the property wall which was depressing.

Disliked: Under construction and smelt horrible. Couldn't stay there and still can't get a refund from booking. Com. Even after Hampton inn issued a refund. Horrible customer service

Disappointing
Disliked: There was construction work at the hotel which surprised us. We didn't get a notice before nor a discount either. So breakfast was not offered.
