Very pleasant.
Liked: Very comfortable queens beds and comforters.
Bathroom was a nice large size and the room was inviting.
Disliked: Would have been nice to have bath robes to provide guests upon request for going down to the pool.

Liked: Newly renovated, clean. Relatively good location to get around Guelph. Never too far from anything. Great little restaurant with excellent food nearby (Romeros).
Disliked: If stay is for a few days, the breakfast offer is the same - it would not take a lot to alter the choice. It is the 2nd time at this Hampton and registration was tedeous both times, the latest took 40 minutes; the front desk and management were more preoccupied with their computer glitches than customer service.

Exceptional
Liked: Hotel was so clean and fancy and the man working the desk was very welcoming. I had arrived at a rotten dive of a hotel earlier in the day and this location saved my entire weekend getaway from being ruined. I would recommend this location to anyone. Great location, great staff, great service, and an extremely clean building
Disliked: the tub in the bathroom was kinda plain. Not bad in any way. The hotel is easily five stars, but the tub was a normal tub like you would have at home. This is nitpicking, but I had a hard time thinking of something to complain about.
