Liked: I liked that I was able to check in before 4pm
Disliked: I didn’t like the rude front desk clerk. I had called before arriving to the hotel to ask if I could check in then and was told yes. When I arrived i was told I couldn’t check in. Nonetheless I was able to get into my room before 4pm. Just too much shenanigans.I was really unhappy about the “ring” apparatus looking device next to the door/bathroom of my room. When I asked the fro desk I was told it is a sensor for the ac unit, or the balcony - didn’t make sense since we didn’t have a balcony. She said maybe it was for the ADA room, but it wasn’t. The device was extremely creepy and made my daughter and I a bit uneasy.
