Disgruntled Employee

Liked: The guy at the front desk was very rude and seemed to have an attitude towards me and everyone. However, the lady that came in afterward was exceptional and helped with my reservation needs efficiently and professionally. It seemed like the gentleman was new to social interaction within the business setting.

Liked: The manager went above and beyond to ensure a great stay. Our booking wasn't registered properly from booking.com and could have caused us to find another place. Instead, the manager did some research and found the issue. I will forever be grateful to her for doing this. She took a bad situation and made it excellent.

Liked: The place was nice and clean and very comfy and the breakfast and day staff were very friendly.
Disliked: The girl late night who worked the desk wouldn't answer the door and we stood outside knocking and ringing and nothing.. we were so tired and had the kids standing out there with us at 2am and had just drove over 9 hours. she finally came out after a few tries of calling and she looked like she was sleeping and then seemed like she might be under the influence of something..
