Very clean comfortable room with...

Liked: Very spacious room and excellent breakfast included in the price.
Disliked: On the edge of town so fair walk to find restaurants for dinner.

Liked: The breakfast was good, and the eating space was nice. I don’t appreciate having to watch FOX news during breakfast. Maybe put on the weather channel instead.
Disliked: We had no TV during the entire stay. My brother’s room was not made up at all during the stay while our room was made up. The outside work on the building facade made parking more difficult and rather dirty with some trash around the building.

Liked: The room was large with plenty of space.
Disliked: Both the wall sconce and reading light on the left side of the bed did not work. Also, all 4 outlets on both sides of the bed did not work. Finally, the bathroom and kitchenette fan vent covers were filthy. I was quite surprised at the above issues given that this was a hotel and conference center.

Friendly but horribly non relaxing

Liked: Staff was great. The actual room was good. However with remodeling going on, we had people out our windrow at 9am pressure washing. It was extremely loud all day long from sun up to sun down there was a constant loss noise. We came to get away from every day life and couldn't rest as wanted. We actually almost left the first night because of this but we were told we would not be refunded which was extremely frustrating. We got calls that we were being to loud and we were just watching TV hearing lots of loud pounding and noises our self that we called to complain about, our selves. At check out we were told to call bookings.Com to fix our issues. Bookings.com said they're was nothing they could do.
