Nice place but the AC...

Liked: Nice and clean property with great views.
Disliked: The air conditioner in our room sounded like a jet engine every time it cycled on. I’ve never heard something quite so noisy and am surprised that it wasn’t serviced or updated before it got to this point. I had a terrible night sleep listening to the “jet” taking off every few minutes.

Liked: Average.
Disliked: Couple in the room next to us were arguing at 1:30 in the morning and it continued for a while past that. An employee came up and asked them to keep it down. the man across the hall came out to say the same thing. While not your fault we’ve found staying at Hampton Inn people there were people coming in late at night slamming doors, etc. I don’t know why this particular property attracts this kind of clientele but it seems to.

Liked: It was a beautiful area, an extremely clean hotel, and very quiet, even though they were fully booked when we stayed!!!
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: The staff could not have been nicer! Having said that our trip required a specific type of room that we even called to confirm the details of immediately following the booking process.. however once we arrived this was no longer the case.The breakfast was pretty good

Great hotel in Erie!

Liked: Fantastic hotel in the Erie Bayfront. Really clean and comfortable. The hotel looks like new and the rooms and bathroom were very well maintained. Breakfast is free and it was quite ok. Personnel were really nice.
