Not a great stay. Dirty...

Liked: Breakfast was great!
Disliked: The property is presented very unprofessionally. Its use & age is showing badly. The walls are scraped up everywhere, holes Olin the doors in our room, not cleaned well. As soon as we walked in, we wish we could have canceled the booking.

Liked: Food and service were excellent. Neighborhood was economically depressed but showing signs of rebounding.

No A/C

Liked: Most staff was pleasant. The breakfast was good.
Disliked: The air conditioning in our room didn't work. We were told there were no rooms available, they were booked solid. It had to be in the upper 70s in our room. The hallway was a great temperature. We got little to mo sleep.

Liked: Comfortable and clean. Nice furnishings
Disliked: Very depressed neighborhood. Room was next to the maintenance room and pantry-noisy. People in room above could be heard walking and banging, distracting. Lights in bathroom flickered. Desk clerk was not dressed professionally. Work sports attire.
