Was Nice -Would stay again

Liked: I liked the room. We had a long suite and it was very nice. It was clean, updated look, it smelled good and was way better than a traditional room. The free breakfast was fine. It had basic items such as eggs, sausage, cereal, bagels waffle maker, juice and coffee. They also offer complementary water bottles and have a little snack shack to purchase food and drinks. I liked that my name was on the tv in our room as a welcome.
Disliked: One elevator was down for the two days we stayed. There was no communication at all. People were piling into the only working one and there were long wait lines. A lot of people ended up using the stairs but you had to walk around the building once outside or through the pool room. The pool water seemed dirty. The tv brightness was SO dark on both TVs with no option to adjust (at least we missed it and looked for a good minute). Housekeeping didn't come in while we were gone.maybe we have to request? Not sure and it wasn't a big deal.

Week long stay.

Liked: The breakfast was vast and delicious. The roll-in shower was great, and the shower pressure was good. The beds were exceptionally comfortable. There is plenty of room to hang and put away clothes. There were plenty of options in the fitness center. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The cookies and coffee and free water available in the lobby was a really nice touch. And I love that there was an actual freezer.
Disliked: The only thing is there is a sharp right turn in the handicapped room that can be tricky to navigate with a wheelchair. The stairwell could be cleaner. But if you are using the elevator, then there is no issue.
