Algae pool and dusty room,...

Liked: The bed was comfortable
Disliked: Room was extremely dusty. The slide out bathroom door was literally caked in thick dust.The outdoor pool was green with algae and that water, although they had it mostly blocked, was connected to the indoor pool. The indoor pool had so much chlorine that the water was frothy and the air in the pool room was hard to breathe because of the chlorine smell.

The rooms were great but...

Liked: The staff at check in and check out was pleasant.
Disliked: Was not made clear that connecting rooms were not available with 2 queen rooms.We were not on the same floor either.The rules about changing sheets every day I get it.Not taking the trash out every day is unsanitary and not taking dirty towels.The hotel is nice but bringing fresh towels up request and not taking used towels is unacceptable.The fire alarm went out while we were in the hot tub, we proceeded to the lobby where 2 staff did not direct us or give instructions what to do. We had a person still in our room and we called her, she did not hear any fire alarm or see flashing lights. We used our own judgement to remain by the door until instructed by the fire department to vacate or all clear to use the elevator. Even the maintenance guy and another staff walking around clue less. This could of been a real disaster if it was not a false alarm.
