Disliked: I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel during my visit to Colorado, and I can't express enough how impressed I was with the exceptional service. Although we faced an inconvenience with the elevator not working, it didn't diminish our experience at all. The staff was amazing, and one particular staff member went above and beyond to accommodate us despite this hurdle. The manager was extremely understanding and provided excellent customer service to ensure our stay remained comfortable. This dedication to guest satisfaction truly stands out. I visit Colorado frequently, about once a month, and I will definitely choose to stay here every time. Highly recommended for their outstanding hospitality!

Liked: Good location.Everything is in walking distance food entertainment ect...
Disliked: Good location. But the junkies are all around the outside and around the back. Basically by all the exits except the front door. They need to be more clear on the 200 deposit added to the total bill and weather or not they will be returning it. That need to be mentioned when and if someone calls in advance. The young guy clerk said they take cash. But forces me to pay with a card. But told everyone behind me. My girlfriend heard his say they can pay with cash at the end of their stay. Unfair and I only say him the night I checked in. After that he was not in sight for the next four days. Unprofessional

Liked: Clean, well-located hotel with spacious rooms. Good breakfast
Disliked: The elevator was not working during our stay, so we had to carry our luggage 5 floors
