Great location if you are...

Liked: The location is excellent if you want something in the Cherry Creek area. However, I did not realize until I checked in, there was a 5.00 additional parking fee. The hotel could use a little makeover in areas and extra cleaning, especially in the bathrooms.
Disliked: Overall cleanliness of the property both inside and outside.

Never Again

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: Our reservation for a king suite was unexpectedly given to another guest, and we were assigned a significantly smaller room without any prior notice. Despite the downgrade, we were still charged the full price for the king suite. We were traveling with an AAU team when, to our surprise, the police were called and we were instructed to vacate the premises. This incident has been the worst hotel experience we’ve ever encountered.

Disliked: Prices for hotels in Denver are crazy expensive. We stayed for 10 hours and paid over $200.

Liked: Thank you so much. The stay was great!A section of the carpet in the room had a foul Oder and the toilet did not flush well.
Disliked: Just a bit more cleanliness. Carpet needed cleaning. Maintenance on the toilet. Thank you again. We had really good accomidations!

If it hadn't been for...

Liked: The staff was super - friendly and helpful. Fabulous breakfast. We had two rooms and our grandson swam every day!
Disliked: Fire alarm was malfunctioning - went off four times in one night, and another night in went off at 1 am and they could NOT shut it off or tell us if it was a false alarm. We had to go out to our vehicles in our pajamas and wait for the fire company to tell us we could go back in. Our 10 year old grandson has autism and it was a terrifying experience for him.
