From the moment we arrived, the valet parkers were very friendly and helpful. The front desk person, Daniel, was nice and welcoming. In the morning we had breakfast and the woman taking care of the breakfast room was welcoming, helpful and very nice. We had a great experience!

Pleasant

Liked: The location, the size of the room.
Disliked: The staffs from the reception need to improve their attitude and service. They were very confused about our bookings, and one of them were very impatient.Room cleaning service was ordered from reception one day but no one was there.

Outstanding , peaceful, and clean

Disliked: I didn't like paying 130 dollars for parking.

Disliked: No info provided at booking that the hotel does not take payment in cash, which is a huge problem for foreign guests; some difficultues with obtaining an invoice; swimming pool is small and crowded with kids

Exceptional

Great Location and Breakfast, But...

Liked: The breakfast was very good. I liked that there was always coffee at the lobby. The location is also very convenient. It is near many restaurants and supermarkets. You can easily walk up to the river for a nice walk when you have the free time. It is also close to the train station that goes to the airport. The lobby has some snacks to purchase. I also liked that.
Disliked: The laundry dryer does not work. I took my clothes all wet from the dryer. I also wish there were more TV channel options. If you do not have the only streaming service on the TV, you cannot really watch anything. At first, my card was overcharged, but they refunded the amount. I was still not happy about that because I needed to check my bank account a few times.

Reasonably priced place to stay...

Liked: Great location in downtown Denver. The facility was clean and comfortable. And the staff were helpful and very nice.
Disliked: Parking was quite expensive.

Hostile staff but good breakfast.

Liked: Breakfast was great, probably one of the better cooked meals I've had at a Hampton.
Disliked: The person who checked us in YELLED at my husband for asking to include his Diamond Rewards number. Said she needed to see an ID, which I was in the process of getting out and was talked about. I've never seen someone go from 0-60 in that much rage over nothing. Made us uncomfortable for the rest of the stay.
