Perfect to relax.

Liked: I like the location very near to attractions, museums and to Frisco town, the price is accessible and includes breakfast, my children love it. The beds are very soft and comfy, 100% recommended. We stayed for three nights. Perfect to relax. It was a little warm so we couldn't go to the pool but maybe on our next trip we will.

Double charges that haven’t been...

Disliked: Absolutely will not stay here again. I booked and PAID through Booking.com, and the hotel still charged me, even after showing the manager proof of my prepayment. Booking.com also contacted the property and informed them of my payment and to not charge my card. Pay attention to your bill when you leave!

Exceptional

Liked: The breakfast was excellent and the nice woman who was responsible for it all was delightful.
Disliked: There was considerable confusion regarding the billing and credit card charges for the room with incorrect amounts being charged. In the end, it was all worked out to our satisfaction, but the hassle of it seemed unnecessary.
