Valet is expensive.
Liked: I liked the valet parking. It's very convenient to summon your vehicle with an app.
Disliked: The valet parking was $32. It's always been free at every hotel I've been to before. I didn't see any price posted for valet parking and no one bothered to mention it either.

Dallas at your door
Liked: The hotel design is cool. It seems that the interior design profissional had planned all the details to give a very good look to the hotel. The room is cozy, well furnished, althought it misses some drawers. The breakfast is complete with choices of muffins, omelets, fruits, yogurts, bread, juices. It is a very American way of starting the day and keep it open until 10 a.m. is helpful. We stayed on 18th floor with a nice view of the town. Perfect!
Disliked: The location is perfect for those who like to walk. The city is flat and there are many attractions closeby. During the night, unfortunantly, there are so many homeless people on the streets that makes you feel not completely safe. It seems to be harmless, anyway... During weekends the downtown scenario gets better because there are many nice restaurants close to the hotel and the city gets crowded (and safer)

Excellent location with great value.
Liked: Nice breakfast with many choices. Location is excellent. Room cleaning is prompt. We booked a small suite with two beds and a pullout bed, enough to fit in three adults and two children. Love the pillows.
Disliked: The only problem is that the AC is too try. My daughter and I woke up several times at night with a sore throat. A humidifier would be a good idea.
