Good things and bad things

Liked: The hotel was clean.
Disliked: We arrived at 3:00 pm an the bedroom was not ready. We returned an hour later and they told us again that it was not ready. Finally They assigned us a less comfortable room than the one we had reserved, there were stains in the room.pool
