Very nice hotel. Clean and comfortable with friendly staff.
Liked: The front desk folks were very nice. The facility was very clean. Breakfast was delicious.
Disliked: Way too noisy at night. Walls not insulated against noise very well.

I would not stay there...
Liked: The staff was very friendly.
Disliked: The boxed breakfast was not good. The beds were very uncomfortable. When we got into the room the carpet was not vacuumed.

DON'T EVER COME HERE, EVERRRRRRR
Disliked: EVERYTHING. I should had seen it coming. 1st I couldn't get ahold of anyone to ask questions when I tried to call before our arrival, when we arrived the guy on front desk was rude and not very informative, then I found out they gave us a queen room instead of a King as we booked, after I showed him our reservation and confirmation email from the hotel he refused to fix the situation saying we had to talk to booking.com, we did and they couldn't get ahold of anyone just like us before, next day they I received an email from the site to come down to the front desk and talk to the manager that they will give us a King room, I didn't want anymore as we were going to stay only one more day and it would have to get all our stuff and transfer just for less than 24 hours?! What we really want was compensation to say it the least. We could not sleep all night with all the screams doors slamming and the police been twice at the hotel. The smell of marijuana on the hallway was terrible. So we didn't have much of energy to do anything. But the main reason we didn't just cancel it or at least check out earlier and go to the another hotel was that outside for almost all day it was icy raining. On top of that there's no microwave in the room, the breakfast was bad and no coffee whatsoever. Covid can't be the excuse, as I've in another hotel and they served a better one, much better. No social distance and the other guests were so weird to say it nicely. The heater in the room was so noisy but with the room with so tiny walls we could not say what was the worst noise, inside or out side. What a nightmare. I'm writing this in the morning of my checkout. I'm leaving in one hour, I'll have to drink a lot of coffee and energy drinks to drive almost 7 hours back home. What a nightmare. DON'T EVER COME HERE. The good reviews gotta be fakes or before a big change on management. They couldn't be more deceitful.

Cleanliness Not So Great, Staff...
Liked: The only staff member I saw during my stay was helpful in trying to meet my needs as a guest at the hotel. He was professional and offered to personally come and help clean the room.
Disliked: The room was so disgusting. There was something gross splattered all on the headboard and the bedside tables. There were crumbs, lint, and hair all along the bed skirt under the mattress. The table in the room was visibly soiled as well as the chair. The tv remote was wrapped in a paper that stated it was cleaned and sanitized, but the remote was disgusting and soiled and sticky. There were crumbs on the floor in the bathroom and by the sink. Had to clean the room myself with the Lysol wipes from the lobby.
