The staff was very polite and accommodating, from the front desk to the breakfast ladies and the housekeeping crew. My room was very clean and fresh in appearance. In fact, everywhere I went in the hotel was clean and in excellent condition!

Clean and comfortable room but...

Liked: Comfortable bed and pillows. Clean room. Polite and helpful staff.
Disliked: They first sent us up to a room that had not been cleaned. We had to go back to the desk to get another room. We did get us right away which was fine.I am accustomed to nice breakfasts at Hampton. This one did not seem to be well attended to and was not as good as we are used to.

Liked: Good location. Coffee was decent. Staff were nice.
Disliked: Electric window shade in room didn’t work. Elevator made weird unsettling sounds. Breakfast was mediocre. Carpets were old and dirty.
