Great Stay!

Liked: Clean, comfortable, quiet, good location, good breakfast, check in staff was exceptional.
Disliked: The overflow of parking in another hotel lot. 1 night was a bit pricey compared to other hotels in area.

Liked: This was located with booking.com customer service. At the last minute due to another hotel refusing to honor our reservation. Booking.com was wonderful and very helpful and resolved the situation quickly.
Disliked: Nothing

Great place to stay, friendly...

Liked: We had a great stay. We were on a double mother/daughter outing with 9 year old best friends and the woman at the front desk was so kind to be able to upgrade our room at check in, it was a very nice gesture. The pool, fitness center, breakfast, all were very good.
Disliked: no complaints!

Liked: It was close to where I needed to be
Disliked: There were ants near the bed and bedside table. When I said something about it, the front desk man said he would send someone to see what they can do but got no apologies or follow up about it. I couldn't tell if anyone sprayed and still saw ants later that evening when I returned to the room. It all would have been fine if someone had just followed up with me about it to ensure that it gotten taken care of. Instead, I just kept cleaning that area until we left Sunday morning.
