Liked: Our room and the hotel were extremely nice. Bedding was perfect like other Hampton Inns. This hotel is still within walking distance to magnificent mile and included a very nice breakfast and a pool. I was so glad we chose this hotel for the amenities at the cost in comparison to other hotels.
Disliked: It was mentioned in other reviews so I was prepared for the emergency vehicle sounds through the night. I believe a fire station is nearby. It was fine for our family. But if you are a light sleeper, consider bringing a sound machine or ear buds.

Liked: It was literally by everything only maybe 5-10 minutes to walk. The scenery was amazing, the room was amazing just everything was great !. I can?t wait to come back and stay this will be my forever hotel !

Good and pleasant visit to...

Liked: Location good, which is why we picked it. Walkable to most everything we wanted to visit.
Disliked: TV broke later in the day,nice tech tried to fix, but bigger problem with Direct TV provider.. Took a day to fix,, I'm sure that annoyed a few folks.. Shower venting in bathroom did not function, spoke to staff to let them know, steams up the room,, also peeling the ceiling paint, clearly.. Also noted the flapper valve must be getting old in toilet, as periodically was refilling, noted to staff as I checked out.

Disliked: The valet said that i couldn?t pull my car on Saturday after 9 unless i was bringing it back after 1am. Because the parking garage was full. But we were guaranteed in and out service which was prepaid at the time of check in
