Its fine. We just needed...

Liked: Front desk staff were very friendly and super helpful.
Disliked: The beds were rock hard and extremely uncomfortable.

Overall, good experience. Nice hotel...

Liked: The hotel itself is in a great location! Very clean and well kept property close to food and within walking distance to the United Center.
Disliked: One of the staff members at the front desk wasn’t very friendly.

I really liked the stay...

Will definitely stay here again...

Liked: The location was great! We could walk to United Center in 20 minutes. The location, with all the restaurant options a few steps away, was wonderful! Hotel was new and clean, with all day coffee availability and a nice breakfast. Our room was very large too. Parking lot on site-easiest parking situation in Chicago!
Disliked: I didn’t like the pillows, but that’s my only complaint!
