Room great - Staff poor

Liked: Room was great and very comfortable. Nicely decorated.
Disliked: Front desk staff were not customer friendly .I was given a bag of linen in my hand with my bags to take to my room - reason : COVID Could have been sanitarily packaged and brought to the room. Asked for plastic ware : this was brought up to the room unpackaged and in a staff members bare hands - no idea if they washed their hands - interesting thought process for the company to have regarding sanitary practices - not consistent nor appreciated .
