We loved it all from the workers to the breakfast. The smile was amazing. God Bless you all.

Liked: The workers at the desk were so helpful. We got there early - our room was not ready but they had them to work on it while we went to eat. Came back, it was done. Can't thank them enough . Will come back to stay very very clean and that was a big big big plus.
Disliked: Not a thing.

Liked: Breakfast was great! Staff was very friendly.
Disliked: Carpet was very dirty and needed shampooed or replaced. I didn't want to go barefoot. Bathroom was clean but needed fresh calking on the shower and the toilet.

Disliked: I had to paid an extra 20$ just incase I did damage to the room. I never ever did that for any motel I stayed at. I hope I get it back!!!!!!

Liked: The location was PERFECT for the event I was attending at the Greene County Fairgrounds. The facility was very good and the staff was quite friendly.
Disliked: Room service was not that great, unfortunately. I stayed for 5 days and expected service each day. One day, I got no service at all. On other days, wet towels would be taken but not replaced (I had to take them from the unattended cart in the hallway). I reported (twice!) to the front desk that the hair conditioner in the shower was empty, but it was never replaced. I later ran out of shower gel. I had to buy my own at a local grocery store. Lastly, on one occasion, room service left my door ajar(!) after they finished - that's just not acceptable (and yes, I told the front desk). The room door is VERY HEAVY and hard to open and tends not to latch itself upon closing.

Disliked: A/C was not working. Notified the front desk. They said maintenance would be in some time to look at it.

Overal my stay was okay,...

Disliked: At check in after a 16 hour drive I had to wait 20 mins for teh staff to return to the desk. He was upstairs cleanig a room and when I wernt to my assigned room, the vacumm cleaner was outside my door. This leads me to believe he was cleaning my room, which also worries me of the actual cleaniness of the room as that is not his job, that is housekeeping.

Disliked: Had to pay extra for parking couldn't get in room then charged us 210 for room we didn't get late canceled reservation
