Liked: Right beside the St. Jacob’s Farmer’s Market. Easy to get to, it’s just outside of Waterloo.

Liked: All facilities were very clean. Room was very comfortable and spacious. Wait staff and kitchen staff were very attentive to special dietary needs.

Probably would not book there...

Liked: Location was great. Room was clean and quiet.
Disliked: Breakfast buffet was overrun with poorly behaved children. Food was cold. There was inadequate seating. In the room there was only one chair so someone had to sit on the bed to read or watch TV. Very uncomfortable. There were only paper cups to drink from, and apparently glass glasses are not available at all. There were only 2 luggage carts for the entire hotel, so my husband and I, both disabled seniors had to make 3 trips to the car to get our luggage out. The wifi hookup was poor, and I never did get access.

Great hotel to relax for...

Liked: Nice clean modern hotel. Very quiet, spacious and easy to get too. Great breakfast as well.
Disliked: Can’t think of anything.
