Very pleasurable. We'll be staying...

Liked: The room was perfect and spacious. Very clean. The free breakfast was very good with a good vriety of options. The exercise room and pool area are well equipped and clean. Dinner and drinks at Das Bar in the hotel was excellent. Our server was so welcoming and mixed great cocktails. Our dinners with both very tasty. We were very impressed with Das Bar. Ample fee parking is also available. Very close to the theatre and market.

Liked: Mirrors in room were dirty. Counter had sand on it. Bathroom counter was very dirty under mirror. This is not the usual.... it's usually way better.

Disliked: When we got there we booked via Booking.com, and we fully paid for the room on my debit visa. I use this card as a credit card. When I got to the hotel they would NOT accept it. I had to go through 2 people, get pretty stern ( I did not yell and I was not rude) but I had to repeat myself and finally the last time I said "YOu mean to tell me there is NOTHING you can do to help me since you won't accept by debit visa for the deposit and you will let me walk out of here and loose all this money?" FINALLY the manager said "Fine, we can do this one thing and charge your debit visa $200 for the deposit and not $50; then when you check out we will check your room and refund the deposit". I said "Thank you, go ahead and do that".It took TWO People and me several times repeating myself for her to help me! It was AWFUL customer service.When we got to the room, I found a hair elastic by the bed with a hair on the bed. There was no conditioner in the shower, it was completely empty and no kleenex in the box in the bathroom. We ordered from the in house restaurant DAS. It was great food but within a few hours I had stomach cramps and diarrhea, it ruined my entire night.
