Worst hotel experience I have...
Disliked: Our room was crawling with ants within us being in room after 2 hours. Initially they did not want to switch us to a new room. Said that it was safe to spray and that we could stay in room right away. I stated that I was not comfortable with that. Then the next day we did not get housekeeping to our room. Their response was that they only provide house keeping every other day but if you stay for 2 nights, that means you are only in your room for one full day, meaning housekeeping only comes before you checkin and after you checkout. I tried to get them to explain the logic behind this. Lastly on our second night air conditioning stopped working at 3am. The manager suggested I should have reported the AC at 3am and they would get a technician to come in and fix it which means exiting your room for a period of time in the middle of the night. When I tried to discuss some of the issues with the manager in a diplomatic and calm voice, she was very rude and stated there would be no compensation for any of the issues.

The location was perfect for...
Liked: Breakfast was delicious, and a good variety. Coffee good as well.
Disliked: For the breakfast, the hot items were not kept very warm at all.
