Very Good - 4.0 out of 5

Debbie, Victoria, visiting Concord Pacific Place Vancouver Mon, 6 November 2017

It was suitable for just me and my husband to have a night in Vancouver to attend Cirque du Soleil. It wasn't a big room, but that didn't matter to us as we didn't spend most of our waking hours on site. Really crowded at breakfast and it took us a while for us to get to the food and drinks.

Liked: Location.
Disliked: Stairway can only be used in emergency, so we had to wait a long time everytime we needed to use the elevator. Kind of a pain when we only needed to travel one floor.

We spent a couple of nights here at the end of March 2015 as we attended a concert at Rogers Arena. It is a fabulous location! The hotel itself is very clean and the staff were all very nice and attentive. The room was big and the bed was comfortable. We had a room by the elevator and we never heard it once. The breakfast was great. Overall a fabulous stay and would definitely recommend this hotel!

Liked: Everything.
Disliked: Nothing.

Not a single negative aspect to our stay. The room was clean and not at all cramped. Security was outstanding. Staff was friendly and helpful. We were within walking distance of Rogers Arena, the mall, restaurants etc. They even provided umbrellas for our rainy days.

Liked: Clean, spacious room; conveniently located.

Pleasant - 3.0 out of 5

Darcy I, Kamloops BC Tue, 10 April 2012

When we arrived we were confused about the parking - you need to check in before parking. Room was great - clean and comfortable. Elevators are very busy in the morning - a bit of a wait. When we went to get breakfast no one was seating people and at several tables one person was sitting alone at a four person table - there were no available tables and we waited for a long time, but we finally left and went to Dennys - disapointing as we booked this hotel because they offered breakfast.

Liked: Close to Rogers Arena.
Disliked: Free breakfast needs supervision.
