We had a very enjoyable...

Liked: The Hotel accomodated our request for adjoining rooms as we were travelling with our granddaughter, daughter and son in law. It allowed us to help out when needed. Beds were very comfortable and room was very clean. The hotel staff were very welcoming and friendly. The continental breakfast was very good, hot and a great selection. Hotel is just off the 407 so very handy for us. Hubby said best breakfast he's had at a hotel.

Liked: Very friendly staff. Rooms were very clean. I like the bathroom layout and shampoo, body wash dispensers. Breakfast and dining room was great.
Disliked: I didn’t like the price but seems like a trend with hotels and the parking was congested.

It was okay, can’t say...

Liked: It was okay. I liked that it had a pool.
Disliked: No drinking water in the rooms or on the floor. Would be helpful if there was a water cooler next to the ice machine on the floor.Charging plug next to the bed was broken. Couldn’t find the tv guide. Dining tables at breakfast were not clean

Liked: The room was very clean and the staff was very friendly. I stayed for a whole week with no issues. The location is quite good for amenities and as a tourist to visit places.
Disliked: It would be good if the bathroom have room spray, given there is no windows. Also the bath spray wasn't that great
