Liked: The Hotel is clean
Disliked: I'm going to bullet point.▪︎ We checked in after 10 p.m., and the guy on Reception was curt. During our check-in process, he took a call from a room. Obviously the guest was in some distress, and the guy on Receotion said, and I quote, "we are not a hospital." I can send up a bottle of water in the most sarcastic tone. ▪︎ This property was renovated in 2020 - 2022. There are No safes in the rooms. When I questioned this with reception, I was told it was the Policy of Hamilton Suites by Hilton not to install safes in rooms. I was flabbergasted. ▪︎ We noticed while using the Parking Garage that people can access the hotel lifts without a key card. So basically, someone can slip in behind a car and get straight into the lift area and up to the rooms. Also, these lifts can be accessed from street level straight down to the basement and get into lefts there to gain access to hotel rooms. But yet you need a key card to use the restrooms off the buffet dining area.▪︎ We were on 3rd Floor facing the street, and the street noise was terrible at times. We were told we were given a good room. It was literally right beside the lifts, so we also had the noise from people coming back late at night, who were rambunctious, to say the least ▪︎ The buffet breakfast was okay if you dont mind paper plates and wooden cutlery.

Liked: Super friendly and helpful staff, v clean and comfortable room, superb breakfast, good gym facilities, and v convenient location.
Disliked: Top floors - a bit noisy air conditioning system but I asked and changed room and staff were super helpful to accommodate

Liked: Easy to find from airport using public transport. Good location not too far to walk downtown. Breakfast included. Free coffee/tea available in foyer all day.
Disliked: Only real negative was our room (508) had an issue where the shower drains from all floors above seem to run through the wall. First time this happened was late at night and room above was vacant. Was quickly resolved but continued every day of our stay. If you don’t mind listening to other people showering while you are trying to sleep you will be fine!!
