Liked: The room was very spacious, we have our own sink, the bed was great, washroom is also great, and the couch is good.

Liked: I drive a pickup truck we chose this hotel because the underground parking was able to accommodate the height of a standard pick up truck. Most hotels downtown would not.?

Liked: Breakfast was great! Loved their waffles. They had a set up for making regular waffles and red velvet waffles
Disliked: They had the potatoes next to the sausages in the attached chaffing dishes so that was a put off as I am vegetarian but love potatoes

Liked: Very good location and great breakfast selection.
Disliked: We were on the top floor, however, we were facing the side where there was construction at the adjacent building. The crew started their work early in the morning.

Liked: Staff was nice and helpful, room was clean. Tram stop is 10 minutes in walking, enough restaurants around. Tea and coffee was available in the lobby during the day, that was great.
Disliked: Breakfast was very simple - no vegetables, ham nor cheese. Just paper plates and wooden cutlery. The shower was not very comfortable-water was running only from the above your head. Room was quite cold. Heating was not horrible - it was too noisy and not warm air was flowing. I would not book this hotel again.
