Not worth what I paid...

Liked: The location
Disliked: The heater wasn’t working properly, I didn’t have the best stay the last time I was in Toronto at this hotel,I’ll be booking with a different hotel my next stay in September.This hotel was not worth the cost to not have a proper regulating thermostat.

Worth visiting

Liked: Well located in downtown area, and about 10 mins walk to the subway station. Breakfast included which I really appreciate it.. staff nice.
Disliked: The elevator is not levelled to the lobby, some steps to go in and out.. for a person with mobility issues like myself it was a bit challenging… it would had been beneficial a mini ramp for me to make it in and out and to roll the carry on too
