Liked: Breakfast had a great selection and was available on time. The parking lot has lots of security guards. Check-out procedure was efficient. Close to the airport and to the Toronto Congress. Within 5-10 minutes of a good variety of restaurants.
Disliked: Parking is not included, this was a surprise to me, they did offer a lower rate. Fire alarm went off around 5:30 a.m. There was no notification from hotel staff that there was a false alarm. Live TV was choppy (playoff hockey game). Check-in front desk personnel did not say much. There was no explanation as to where to find my room, where the elevators were, what time breakfast was, wifi information. A lot of little things that can start off the experience with a positive note. Room outlets are dated; bring your charger, as outlets do not have USB plug-ins. Some older hotels have made this upgrade.
