Liked: Location to Busch Gardens. Good gym.
Disliked: Customer service - we were charged for our stay on check in even though I had a receipt from Booking.com to say I’d paid. Queried with 2 members of staff and promised an email but a week later and they’ve made no contact. Trainers stoked from car while having breakfast - asked for cctv to be checked, again, no follow up, nor did the lady on reception seem surprised!

Liked: The desk clerk was very helpful providing information about visiting Busch Gardens located directly across the street.
Disliked: We had to request towels the 2nd day.

Excellent location, fantastic staff, wonderful...

Liked: Staff was outstanding. Pam helped us check in severalhours early. Much appreciated after our 5am flight that morning. Breakfast was excellent and Lisa did a wonderful job keeping the area clean and stocked, even on a busy weekday. Location right across from Bush Gardens.
Disliked: Road noise but that can’t be helped. We were so exhausted after a full day at Bush Gardens the noise was a nonissue.

Liked: Great breakfast. Great location. Can see the coasters at Busch Gardens running from your window. Easy check in. Pam was amazing! Complimentary water and snack given upon check in. Pam also helped me find plastic forks late at night so we could eat in our room. Room was large and clean and nice. Bed was comfy. I left my apple watch and someone called me to let me know. We coordinated a friend to pick it up. Coffee and water available 24/7. No complaints. Hated to leave.
Disliked: Minor road noise outside window being on main drag. Not enough seating in breakfast area. Rooms are a little pricey.
