Poor

Liked: Clean and secure.
Disliked: The inability to set the room temp below 68 is maddening as the room is extremely stuffy up on arrival. Bed is also hard and not terribly comfortable.

Liked: The breakfast area was large and clean We enjoyed having dinner in the area day we checked in. Breakfast was very good and location was good. Bathroom was very roomy and clean. Quiet

We chose your property because...

Liked: The room was lovely and very comfortable as well as very large. However, the heater never worked properly, the refrigerator was not cold, we had to get someone up to help us with the TV as it did not work at one point and the light switch when you enter stopped working the last day we were there. Otherwise, we had a lovely stay.
Disliked: We liked everything about the property and especially the staff, particularly Nancy were great!

Liked: The room was very clean and comfortable with everything that we needed. The parking garage was very secure.Nice selection of items for breakfast and a very comfortable eating area.
Disliked: Nothing cound have been better, as my expectations were exceeded.
