Disappointing

Disliked: The room with 2 Queen beds were very small & the room was NOT disability accessible. ALL rooms should have disability accessible rooms no matter what, especially the bathroom.

Good value hotel in amazing...

Liked: The hotel is typical Hampton Inn chain hotel. Rooms are clean and there is plenty of room for 4 people. Comparing to other hotels from same chain, I would say the staff were even more nice and friendly than usual. There is plenty of parking spaces and the location of the hotel is great. The town of Media is beautiful, the neighborhood is quiet, friendly and safe and you are quite near Philadelphia.
Disliked: Standard issues with Hampton Inn... AC is either in standby or working very loudly. The breakfast is fine for a night or two. After that, there just isn't enough variety.

Liked: The location was perfect for our needs.
Disliked: Upon arrival, we were first told they didn't have the 2-Queen room we had booked (2 months in advance!) and they pointed us to a King-room instead (which wasn't going to work for our family). They eventually "found" us a room after telling us they were sold out. While I appreciated them finding us the room we booked, it made the check-in way more stressful and downright unpleasant. Not the way I wanted to start my weekend.
