Disappointed

Liked: While the staff was great. The room had issues.
Disliked: This room had issues.First the A/C unit never worked right. The compressor would go on the fan wouldn't. Hotel tried to fix and it would work until it went off then same problem again and again. As a result, room was warm. Room on small side. Trash hauler from Waste Mgt comes at 4:22 am and decides to dump the dumpsters waking all up. While the location was great I was very disappointed in the stay and not worth what was spent.

Great staff, comfortable room and...

Liked: Breakfast was good and the staff was helpful. But I must comment on the check-in, particularly Mark G. He was working the check-in when we arrived a little after 7pm. He noticed right away that my husband was struggling with his walker. Mark G offered getting a wheel chair to make it easier but my husband declined. He then offered a room on the first floor very near the breakfast area. We gladly accepted the offer and had a wonderful room. After settling in I could not get the remote control to work on the TV. Again Mark came through with new batteries. We were very pleased with the room, the staff and breakfast.
Disliked: Can’t think of a thing to complain about. Great staff
